Warranty

All Acronova auto disc loading products are covered by One Year Limited Warranty.

Oversea Warranty
The limited warranty is for contiguous United States only. For products that need RTB (Return To Base) service, Acronova Technology will NOT cover oversea freights. You are responsible for oversea shipping both ways if the warranty service is required.

* Ground shipping is covered for customers in the contiguous United States.
* The $50 inspection fee is waived for repairs done by Acronova Technology.

 

Important Notes

  • Shipments without a RMA ticket will not be accepted.
  • Printers are serviced by Epson. Contact Epson for all technical support.
  • Warranty repair covers parts, labor and one way ground shipping in the contiguous United States.
  • Please include a sample of master disc if the problem is burning related, include few blank discs if the problem is mechanics related. Sample CDs/DVDs are for testing purpose only, and the discs will be returned with the repaired unit.
  • If possible, please ship the unit with the original packaging; otherwise, make sure the machine is well-packed to avoid shipping damage.
  • Acronova Technology is NOT responsible for missing items or any damage caused by shipping or faulty packaging.
     

Return

  • All items including accessories shall be returned in its original packaging, or 15% restocking fee may be applied. 
  • For incorrectly ordered items, refund only apply to unopened merchandise and shall be processed 30 days within original order date. 
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. 
  • For returns of non-defective items, 15% restocking fee may be applied. 
  • For defective items, please claim within 10 days of receipt of the goods.
